The RSV DIRECT IF Kit is intended for the detection of Respiratory Syncytial Virus (RSV) by means of direct immunofluorescence with a monoclonal antibody conjugated to fluorescein. This kit is composed of a ready to use conjugated antibody in a dropper bottle, positive / negative control slides, and a vial of mounting medium. The test is standardized to allow a 15 minutes incubation.
