Anti Adenovirus
This optimized pool of murine monoclonal antibodies allows the whole Adenovirus group detection. It can be used in Immunofluorescence on nasopharyngeal secretions or on infected cell culture (MRC-5, A549, H292, HeLa). In immunofluorescence antibodies show a nuclear staining. This murine monoclonal antibody recognizes an adenovirus type 8 specific nuclear antigen. This type of Adenovirus is responsible of acute kerato-conjunctivitis. No cross-reactivity with ADV 1 to 7.
