Anti Adenovirus + Influenza A, B + Parainfluenza 1, 2, 3

This optimized pool of murine monoclonal antibodies allows the detection of Adenovirus, Influenzae, and Parainfluenzae in a single slide test. Using this pool without an included RSV antibody allows time and reagents savings. An independant test for RSV detection will allow, the case occuring, to give an immediate RSV positive result. The pool (without RSV) positivity will indicate the necessity for typing (statistically minor case when compared to RSV positivity). A negative result with the anti RSV antibody and the pool will allow the exclusion of the corresponding viruses. It is henceforth recommended to include human Metapneumovirus in the respiratory viruses detection strategy.
